For me, dance has always been more than steps or technique; it’s a way of listening and expressing. And so my approach to dance instruction is deeply rooted in the belief that movement is a pathway to healing and self-discovery.

In our work together, you’ll explore dance as more than just an art form—it becomes a source of healing, empowerment, and growth. We’ll use exercises rooted in Argentine Tango, Contact Improvisation, and Partner Fusion to bring awareness to your body and its stories. For some, this might mean learning to trust again through the embrace of tango; for others, it might mean reconnecting with joy and play through improvisation.
